"As a former HVAC technician myself, I know how rare it is to find a company that gets the balance right between affordability and knowledge. Sunglow Heating and Cooling did exactly that. I called them about a system I wasn't familiar with, and they took the time to walk me through exactly what was needed to fix the problem, without overcharging or overselling. Too many companies sacrifice one for the other—either they're cheap but don't really know what they're doing, or they know their stuff but charge a premium for it. SunGlow gave me expert-level service at a fair price, and their honesty stood out just as much as their skill. Last night had AC issue & technician came at 8:30 PM & stayed & worked in the dark till 10:30 PM. Kind, courteous, & knowledgeable office staff. Great working with Sun glow, highly recommended."

We only had to wait about a week and now we have a brand new ac just in time!
The service techs were great both times they were out. So polite & considerate. I’d recommend them to everyone! I’d give the 20 stars if I could!"

"I replaced my bathroom faucet with a NOS vintage one and also tried replacing the pipes myself , but just couldn't get it to not leak. Called and scheduled because the online scheduler didn't have that exact service in the predetermined selections. Got the soonest available slot which was about a week out (I totally expected that, plumbers are busy) and the serviceman called me, let me know he was on his way etc. and easily figured out the issue and fixed it fast. Excellent service from Shawn."
