“I was given a morning time window for my appointment. I was told the technician would call between 9-12 when he was on his way. At 11:15 Travis texted me that he was on his way. Less than minute later, I received a call from someone in the office saying Travis would be there in 25 minutes. He arrived at 11:40 and went to work. At the end, he hung around to answer questions we had about possibly of putting in an indoor air quality unit. Since he has such a unit in his own home, he was able to speak about his own experiences with it. Travis has done maintenance for us a few times, and he always does a good job. I have also had good experiences with others in the company. Everyone is always very helpful.”
