From what I saw the work he performed was solid and clean. He took the time to answer a lot of questions I had and helped to ease my mind in relation to the subject of gas and gas lines. Something I don't have a lot of experience with. My number 1 concern is always the safety of my family so having him take the time to listen and provide feedback was great. Never felt rushed which is a big deal to me. It's not comforting when it feels like someone is rushed to get to the next job or when someone gets irritated with the number of questions being asked. That was not the experience with Jarrod. He seemed to be an incredible professional and well versed with years of experience.
