“Perfect service, beginning to end. My A/C gave out on a Friday evening (of course on the weekend). I called Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for a week later (because my personal schedule was sprinkled with appointments I couldn't cancel). But the scheduler, who was very helpful said she would let me know if something opened up earlier. Boom, a little later I heard back that a cancelled appointment made my regular service guy, Jerry, available that very morning! I even received a text message and a phone call telling me Jerry was on his way, so I wouldn't have to be wondering when he would show up. Well, he showed up without delay, diagnosed the problem (a broken fuse) and had it fixed within half an hour. No muss, no fuss. Completely professional. Even if the repair hadn't been simple, it was still a well-handled service call.”
