“It has been a few years since our last service on the furnace and heat pump. Matthew arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He started with the electric furnace, cleaning and explaining how each part works with the rest. He provided suggestions for better drainage and upkeep. Next, he went to the heat pump, cleaning and checking refrigerant pressures/temps for heat and cooling. He answered any questions we had and provided two options for replacing the dual capacitor, which we will schedule soon. Thank you!”
