“Nathan serviced our heat pump and duct work today. He was thorough, spending 90 minutes testing and or inspecting the system in conjunction with the thermostat. He measured airflow out of all ducts in common areas and bedrooms. He was respectful of our privacy and home while he was here. We were very satisfied with his visit. As our heat pump is 18 years old he offered to schedule a free estimate for replacement but we chose not to do it at this time.”
