“Sun Glow sent out Jarrod Williams because I am a new home owner of an older home and the house gas line was showing some significant rusting. Jarrod was amazing and knowledgeable. I walked him through some future plans regarding some additional changes and he gave great advice on potential options and additional services Sun Glow can help out with. From what I saw the work he performed was solid and clean. He took the time to answer a lot of questions I had and helped to ease my mind in relation to the subject of gas and gas lines. Something I don't have a lot of experience with. My number 1 concern is always the safety of my family so having him take the time to listen and provide feedback was great. Never felt rushed which is a big deal to me. It's not comforting when it feels like someone is rushed to get to the next job or when someone gets irritated with the number of questions being asked. That was not the experience with Jarrod. He seemed to be an incredible professional and well versed with years of experience. Very happy with the work and the person Sun Glow sent out for the service. Thank you for a great experience.”
“Cold weather and SunGlow was busy, but Jeff was able to fit us in between calls to confirm what the problem was and get all the paperwork signed.
He came back the next day and installed the part and rescued us!

“Jarrod and the SunGlow team were outstanding. I needed to move a gas line in side my house and add a quick connect outside for a generator hook up and Jarrod did both – quickly and efficiently. Jarrod explained what he was doing, found ways to save money and meet all requirements. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Maddy from the back office team was a great communicator and very helpful in coordinating the permit process and explaining all the steps. I'd definitely recommend Jarrod and the SunGlow team!

“I chose SunGlow to replace my existing AC unit and Furnace, because It was installed by Sunglow 24 years ago. It performed flawlessly, but it was time to go to the next level in performance. From the inspection and quotation with Arin to the installation by Nathaniel, Jaden and Diego, my property and me were treated with care and respect.
I am extremely happy with the performance of the new System. Air flow to the upper floor has been improved thanks to the installation team, who determined a change to the air duct would improve flow.”
“SunGlow installed our heating-cooling system some years ago and did a great job. Recently, the Carrier heat pump was feeling sick, and needed to be examined. They got me in quickly on a cancellation, and Matthew came out, replaced the bad capacitor (covered by the warranty), checked the whole system, made some recommendations, solving the issue and giving us peace of mind.
