“We had our air conditioning system serviced the end of April. Used it the first time June 9. The thermostat went black, and nothing worked. I read the error code and found a fuse that had blown, replaced it a it was fixed I thought. It work until the air conditioner kicked on, the thermostat was black again. Blown fuss again. I called Friday at 4:50pm to see when I could get a technician to fix the problem. Monday before noon and the technician was there before noon. Told him what I had discovered, he went to the unit and found the issue. He replaced the part and we were up and running in 30 minutes.”
