“I usually don't write reviews, but our experience with SUN-GLOW technician Travis was exceptional and deserves recognition. From the moment he arrived, Travis exceeded our expectations. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about how long the issue had been going on, and more importantly, he actually listened to us.
Travis was knowledgeable, thorough, and focused. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained why our furnace was malfunctioning, and clearly outlined the next steps. He even called the warehouse right away to order the necessary parts and let us know what to expect moving forward.
What stood out most was that he didn’t rush the job—he took his time to ensure everything was properly addressed.

“Over the past week, we found ourselves in a situation where we needed emergency plumbing service not once, but twice. (Curse you, 25+ year old PVC pipes!) Luckily, Sun Glow was able to get their experts out to see us quickly. The first visit was from Shawn, and the second visit was from Michael & Nathan. They were all professional, friendly, and got us straightened out right away. We wouldn't hesitate to work with any of them again, preferably under less urgent circumstances.”
“I am very happy with technician. He identified the problem with c2 not drawing enough power and fixed it. All in all took less than 10 minutes. After repair his own words “easy fix. Cost would be visit + bare minimum for wire fix”. Five minutes later when the bill came out it is way over than minimum trip rate and I was shocked. I gave my honest review to technician.”
