“My experience with Sun Glow was great. There always seems to be a human available for questions — much appreciated. There seems to be good communication between the repair people and the people who answer the phone. They sent a photo of the repair person to me shortly before he arrived. I *really* appreciated that. The repair person who came to my house explained everything to me and answered my questions. I was comfortable with him in my house. The cost for the service was reasonable. I'll use this company again.”

“Nathan was excellent both visits but identified a potential pressure switch issue the first time but didn’t make arrangements to replace it and it failed at the worst possible time. We understand why but older folks aren’t willing to take the risk so make arrangements.”
