“Eric did a great job quickly installing the replacement heat pump motor this morning and getting our HVAC back to normal after around 3 weeks. I am a bit irked that the original diagnostic appointment (different tech) didn't detect that both the control board AND motor need replacement; ordering both right then would have got us back online a week or more ago. I'm an engineer and I get the difficulties of onion-peeling, but this is an area your team could do better on.”
