“I requested Travis for my annual gas furnace check up as Travis is the best! I mentioned the furnace was coming on and he worked with my Ecobee thermostat and discovered both systems were running. I must have selected something I shouldn’t have, but Travis reset my Ecobee! Yay! I also joined their Gold Plan which will save me $78 per year on my furnace and heat pump maintenance.”
“Julius did a great job installing our new heat pump. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up at the end of each day. He took the time to show me how the new system works and assured I knew what I would need to do to run the thermostat (we went from a very old dial thermostat to a fancy touch screen with lots of settings). He also put the filter in a spot that would be easy to access.”
